That’s why we can’t process exchanges or refunds for items that don’t fit or aren’t your style. So, before you hit "Add to Cart," check the size chart or reach out to us at info@coolblackshop.com for help.

Now, if your order arrives with some drama—like a printing mistake or damage—we’ve got you! Faulty items will be replaced with the same product in the same size. Just let us know, and we’ll make it right because no one deserves faulty vibes.

For most items, we also offer a 30-day refund policy if your product is damaged or defective. Send it back to us, and we’ll get you a refund or an exchange. Heads-up: return shipping costs aren’t reimbursed—but we promise to handle everything else with care and love.
